The following five pages were found in the files of Dr. E. Russ Williams. It is a wonderful history that Courtland Frantom Landreaux and her father John Robert Frantom wrote about the Old Fenner Road in Ouachita Parish. There is no date on it, but I do know Mr. Frantom died in the early 1970’s. I would guess it was written in the 60’s. Enjoy!

very interesting letter. I assumed that Fannon road in Ouachita Parish should have been named Fenner road. People have just forgotten over the years. I am a descendant of the Fenner Family. Thanks Jay Coon
