
The driver is identified as John Rigsby, who was also Captain of the Company and Ed Johnson is in the white shirt next to the driver. No one else is identified. There is a date attached to the photo of May 13, 1913. The only problem with this is that if the man driving the team is Rigsby, he had resigned from the fire company the year before!
The Monroe Hook & Ladder Company, along with the Ouachita Fire Company, were the forerunners of the modern Fire Department.
As a cute side note, I think the two horses are named Frank and Dan. For 14 years they pulled the engines for the fire department and were retired in 1909.
