West Monroe City Jail

Kinda nasty looking, isn't it? The story goes that the above photo was taken of the jail that was located in West Monroe's City Hall on Trenton Street. They made it look as bad as possible to convince area voters a new tax was needed to fund needed repairs and upgrades!
