An unidentified Mealy photo

Photo 1625B from the Ouachita Parish Public Library’s photo collection.

The above photo was found by me a few years ago in an Antique Alley shop. On the back it states that it was a product of the Mealy photo studio, which I knew to be one of Monroe’s oldest. Whenever I see a Mealy photo, unidentified subject or not, I’ll buy it. I then gave it to the library for their photo collection. It is taken at an odd angle. She is a very elegant lady in her fur coat. It looks like it is from the 1890’s or so. We have no idea as to who she is. If you know who she is, please let me know!
