This photo is from the Ouachita Parish Public Library photo collection. It shows the I 20 overpass over the Ouachita River during construction. Students are walking to the “new” Ouachita Parish High School building in the background. The “old” high school building had already been torn down to make way for the overpass. The new building on Grand Street, is now senior housing.
