This area looks a tad different today. What you are looking at is the intersection of North Grand and Walnut Streets around 1920. The Bohemia Hotel sits where a parking lot is now. I call it the triangular lot. In the foreground is the Southern Hardware and Sugar Brothers Opera House, which is now undergoing restoration as a boutique hotel! In the distance is the ice plant railroad spur and a meat packer facility.
