This ad appeared in a July 1974 issue of the News Star. Is this THE Journey? I don’t know. They had just formed the previous year. The Red Dog Ballroom was a very well known music stop in it’s day!

One of the biggest bands in the 70’s and 80’s. “Don’t Stop Believin’”, “Open Arms”, “Separate Ways”, etc… https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Journey_(band)

My ignorance about that group and their music is explained, I believe, because I am a bluegrass, Hank Williams, Sr., and Ernest Tubb man. Thanks for the educational response. Tom Williams, in Hixson, TN.
