The North Side Service Station

This once stood at the corner of 3rd and Louisville around WWII. When I zoomed in on the sign in the window, it gave me the name of the gas station:

Using that name, I found an ad for the grand opening of the station in 1935.

Rare little photo. Early Louisville photos are hard to come by since most of the important businesses were located in the downtown areas along DeSiard. Unfortunately, none of the men are identified.
