Well, no. The title is a bit misleading. The pictures were probably taken from the top of the old Monroe City High School, which is where Anna Grey Noe park is now. You can see Grace Church, The Methodist Episcopal Church and St. Francis Hospital pictured. I haven’t quite figured out what the bottom left photo is!
