No, this is not St. Francis Hospital! I think this is Riverside Sanitarium, which was on South Grand street. St. Francis was a few years away when the above photo was taken.

Edit July 9, 2026: I now know this facility was separate from the Riverside Sanitarium. It was located at the corner of Apple and Jackson Streets.
