Mystery Building in West Monroe

Does anyone out there recognize this building, supposed to have been in West Monroe?

It has the look of the Hatchell’s Building on Trenton, but some things are off. It is a head scratcher!

    It looks like the Wood Street side of the building at Trenton and Wood that was once where you could get your driver’s license. I got my first one there!

    I think it’s one block over, Wood and Cotton street, I think it was the post office at one time. Looks like it may not be quite ready to move into.
