I was given this little Ward map back in late October. There is no date on it, but Mr. J. Wilbur Kilbourne, written on the top left of the map, died in 1938. I see mention of him in the paper as early as 1909. The town of Kilbourne in East Carroll Parish, was named for his dad and Wilbur is buried in Riverview Cemetery.
