Dr. E. Russ Williams Program

On September 11th, 5:30 pm at the Main Branch Library of the Ouachita Parish Public Library, State Archivist Bill Stafford will give a talk about the Dr. E. Russ Williams collection. When Dr. Williams passed away, his collection of research was given to the State Archives and Mr. Stafford took on the task of going through it.
