The Imperial Gas Station was located at 621 Jackson Street. Behind it through the trees, you can just make out the top floor of the Roland Filhiol house on Stone Avenue! This photo was taken circa 1965. When the Interstate was built nearby, residents were complaining that the off ramp was too steep and cars were running into their homes and vehicles!
