Interesting view of the students and building that housed the old Calhoun High School. I don’t know exactly when it was taken, but from the dress, it looks really close to that date above the door!

I don’t remember exactly where I found the one above, but I usually find them on the internet or from the collection of photos on the Louisiana Digital Library: louisianadigitallibrary.com. The Ouachita Parish Public Library’s Genealogy department has a few Calhoun High School yearbooks: 1950, 1952, 1954 – 1956, 1958-1969, 1985 and 1988. I see them for sale a lot at the Ouachita River Trading antique store on Antique Alley in West Monroe.
