This one is a very old postcard. I would guess it is pre-1950. You can see the old city hall, the ONB and a few of the old churches that are no longer standing. Gorgeous view!
I have seen the above postcard many times. It shows the Monroe skyline from the West Monroe side of the Ouachita River. Endom Bridge is in the foreground. Very pretty shot!
