Judge Alwine Ragland

I found this wonderful article about the late Judge Alwine Mulhearn Ragland! She was one of Northeast Louisiana’s first women judges and was a member of the Mulhearn Funeral Home family. She was interviewed about her life back in the 1990’s and her recollections are used for this article.
