Unidentified Photos (Not Mealy)

I have heard of Harper of course, but I have never in my life heard of Jackson & Wilson! On the back of the lady’s photo was written,

Mrs. J.M. McCabe
Monroe,
La.
Lock Box 222.

Now, is this the person in the photograph, or is it just showing who owns the photograph? Maybe they loaned it out or had it duplicated and wanted to make sure the original would be returned to the rightful owner.

Mrs. J.M. McCabe was Julia G. Tillman (1872 – 1939), who married James M. McCabe and also a man named Toomes. Both Julia and James are buried in Riverview. I found a later photograph of Julia on Ancestry (also on her Findagrave memorial), but it it hard to tell if the younger lady in the photograph is the same woman.
