Monroe Police Department

Last week, a patron donated this photograph to the library’s collection:

It shows the entire police department standing on the steps of the old Monroe City Hall. From the outfits, we think it dates to the 20’s or 30’s, possibly even as early as the late teens. No one is identified. Does it look familiar to anyone?
