I have shared part of this image before in the January 28, 2019 post about the home on the left. That postcard was zoomed in on the houses. This postcard gives a wider angle! I love how Jackson Street is referred to as Jackson Avenue!

Who was the Easterling in the line of owners. Is it still owned by Easterling family?

No, the Easterlings no longer own it. I believe the Easterling that owned it in the mid 20th century was Thomas G. Easterling. It was bought by Bucky Hargis and when he passed, it went to his heirs who still own it I believe.
